YOUNG ADULTS

Young adults are people between the ages of 22 and 35 years old. This Circle is tailored to meet the challenges faced during this stage of life from getting your high school level fitness back, learning to manage stress from a new job/career, to discovering who you are and what you'd like to do in this world. Circles is the space to resolve these quarter life questions in a supportive group environment with like-minded friends in just two hours and fifteen minutes a week!

THREE FOLD PROGRAM

 

FITNESS 3:30-4:15pm

Outdoor fun and challenging functional fitness training.

Using this style of training for 15 years I've found this the best way to get in shape, build all around fitness and lean out your body. Almost all exercises are body weight only..  Each workout is structured into 3 circuits with 3 exercises  completed 3 times.

YOGA 4:15- 5:00pm

Traditional hatha yoga focused on breath, posture and alignment with meditation.

Each class will include ancient breathing techniques to shift into the present moment calming the nervous system. Adjustments and alignment cues will guide the practice. moving mindfully through floor, standing, balancing, and twist postures. ending peacefully with meditation.

Led by Chris Law Certified Yoga Instructor with 13 years yoga experience and 10 years experience meditating.

TRANSFORMATION 5:00-5:45pm

Downshift and look within through journaling and other introspective activities to understand who you are, how you think, your belief systems, fears, strengths and dreams. Come to clarity then utilize the support of the group to create your visions.
